Just recently moved in and so far I really like it here. I would recommend living here. The office staff was very friendly from the first day I inquired and made the move in process as stress free as possible. Thank you Dyanna and Katia!! I had a few things that needed maintenance and upon placing the work order they came as soon as they were available. Isan, the tech he is amazing at his work. He was able to fix the issues I had and made sure everything was working fine prior to leaving. He is a fast and diligent worker and so glad they have him in their team. Thank you!!

Nice place to live!!!!! Before moving in I heard some negative comments about the property, and now that I'm here, I CAN TELL YOU THEY'RE NOT TRUE. The maintenance team does an excellent job. The office staff helps with all our needs. We don't have any cockroach problems, although that also depend on each person's hygiene. I'm super happy and recommend it

I love my new own home. Dyanna was such a great help as well! Management is quick to help whenever an issue an occurs and for me there’s hardly been any issues. I would recommend these complexes for all to check out! Ask for Dyanna and you will have such a smooth transition in!

After reading reviews I was skeptical of moving here but I can say it has been a good experience so far I love my apartment it comes with washer and dryer that’s a plus for me. I have no complaints and I have no roaches I truly am comfortable here at Tides

Would love to rent a place ,if possible, cause I have Section 8 voucher for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + every thing is just what I need. Hopefully I can use the voucher to get a place there.Thanks

Love my apartment!!! Been here for a month on the 10th. It's been amazing I moved from some place that I used to have to wait two weeks they fix things the same day or the next day here No bugs the apartment was clean when I moved in management is smiling and has positive good vibes every time you walk into the office Love it here definitely recommend this place 8 out of 10 stars

Great customer service and Maintenance comes when needed

From the time I came in the office the manager and assistant manager was very welcoming. It smells really good in the office all the time and I also love how they have drinks and snacks all the time. Love it here it’s very peaceful when I come in.

I would like to just share how happy I am to live here now. Yajaira and Erica are just what this community needed. They came in and cleaned this place up! Pablo and Raul are the best. The property is clean, things are getting fixed in a timely manner. PMG FINALLY got it right with putting the right management and maintenance together. You can see and feel the difference. To Yajaira and Erica thank you for being the management that this property needs to thrive. You both make this place feel like home.

Ladies in the front office are very helpful they have definitely made a difference around here.

Deal with Jay all the time this guy is great always Willing to go the extra mile to help out Appreciate you guys having somebody in the office that knows what they're doing and is always willing to help
