We just moved in June 2025 staff is really nice. It would be nice if we had handicap ramps in the parking lot instead of the tentnits buying the ramps. Parking lot can use shade for the cars in the parking lot. Otherwise this place is great.

Dyanna was super sweet and helpful , she’s so quick with moving in my family. When I first moved in there was some problems with the dishwasher but maintenance came in 5 min after I called , isan was great spoke Spanish perfectly so my parents could understand. Just recently moved in and so far I really like it here. I would recommend living here. The office staff was very friendly from the first day I inquired and made the move in process as stress free as possible. Thank you Dyanna and Katia!! I had a few things that needed maintenance and upon placing the work order they came as soon as they were available. Isan, the tech he is amazing at his work. He was able to fix the issues I had and made sure everything was working fine prior to leaving. He is a fast and diligent worker and so glad they have him in their team. Thank you!!

Nice place to live!!!!! Before moving in I heard some negative comments about the property, and now that I'm here, I CAN TELL YOU THEY'RE NOT TRUE. The maintenance team does an excellent job. The office staff helps with all our needs. We don't have any cockroach problems, although that also depend on each person's hygiene. I'm super happy and recommend it

Dyanna in the Front Office was so nice and Helpful..Being that I had a couple of Challenges re: my credit I at first was not approved.But Dyanna really worked hard to get me approved and She did just that.. I Received my Keys Yesterday and I'm moving in this Saturday..I've driven around at night on 2 separate times to check out the Activity..... It seems Okay...I still have some maintenance Concerns Re:the yard and a couple of other issues..I still have not completed my move in Maintenance Checklist..But I will soon..and will give reasonable time for them to resolved my opinion..And I will be back in here to update also.Im just happy to have gotten approved.So far I'm hoping for a decent living experience I be read the reviews after signing the Lease....I've seen more bad reviews than good reviews but I'm just going to go along for the ride to have my own experience with a positive attitude...and come to my own conclusions... And I will most certainly be back here to update the experience as it unfolds rather good or bad.. "WISH ME LUCK"!!!... P.S.Thanks Again DYANNA YOU ARE AWESOME 👍

During my 6 year stay at Tides On West Cheyenne Apartments, I have noticed some important things that should be taken into consideration. The apartment management deserves recognition for their timely maintenance commitment, which has helped to establish a sense of reliability among some of the residents. The office staff is professional, friendly, and approachable. The office staff is much better than the former property manager Vianney Hernandez with B & R Property Management. Additionally, the management's ongoing efforts to improve the property are noticeable, yes the water is off a lot due to all units sharing one water line. However, the proximity of the apartment complex to Redberry Street raises concerns, particularly regarding safety. Families with young children may find the lack of nearby recreational opportunities to be less than ideal. This external factor could impact the overall appeal of the location for families. Tides On West Cheyenne Apartments has many positive aspects, such as prompt maintenance service. However, the external challenges posed by the surrounding neighborhood should be carefully considered, especially for families with young children. Prospective residents are encouraged to weigh these factors carefully before making a decision based on their personal preferences God Bless!

Let me start off by saying that this review would be 3 stars without Erica working in the front office. My roommate and I have been living in this complex since early 2020. The apartments are fairly small compared to some others I've lived in, but the use of space is great. I have a decent sized kitchen and living room, an adequate dining area, and 2 large bedrooms. Bathroom counters are a little small, and the half size washer/dryer sit in a cubby near the kitchen, but the arrangement works well enough for a 945 sq ft unit. The complex has been through several sets of property staff, and more than a couple management companies in my 3 years here. I would say that overall, the standards in the complex have fallen over the years, but the newest round of staff are doing better than most, and things seem to be looking up. The biggest problems with the complex are the plumbing issues that lead to water shutdowns being a semi regular thing, and the nearby quadplexes on Michael Way bringing some hoodlums and a larger police presence with them.

I would like to just share how happy I am to live here now. Yajaira and Erica are just what this community needed. They came in and cleaned this place up! Pablo and Raul are the best. The property is clean, things are getting fixed in a timely manner. PMG FINALLY got it right with putting the right management and maintenance together. You can see and feel the difference. To Yajaira and Erica thank you for being the management that this property needs to thrive. You both make this place feel like home.
