Throughout my time living here, I submitted multiple work orders for issues that never taken care of, including a flooring problem that I reported to both the current management and the previous management company. Despite many promises that a vendor would be contacted, no one ever showed up and nothing was ever repaired.
On top of that dealing with roaches became a consistent issue and management did not take it seriously. Trying to get help or even basic communication was extremely frustrating. The staff member named Kat was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Anytime I asked for updates or assistance included being hung up on.
After moving out, I was hit with an unfair charge for flooring that I have repeatedly requested to have fixed while I lived there. Now they are threatening to send it to collections even though the repair was never completed and the issue was documented multiple times.
I would not recommend this place. Between unresolved maintenance issues, pest problems, and disrespectful management, this has been one of the most stressful rental experiences I’ve ever had.
