Be aware when moving in they have horrible roach infestation and when you ask for your work orders they will take MONTHS to get it done overpriced and dirty the manager is always rude

Absolutely fantastic experience, the staff is beyond helpful, the maintenance guys are fantastic, they handle any issues instantly even late on weekends. Kat, property manager, is phenomenal to deal with, extremely knowledgeable & always follows thru

0/5 stars. Completely dishonest and unprofessional service from Dyanna in the leasing office. My application was never even officially denied; instead, she forced me to wait in limbo until 5:00 PM on a Friday before a holiday weekend. She claimed she emailed and called me, which is an absolute lie. I never received a single call or email. Looking at the property and seeing the other reviews, this awful service is clearly their normal. Don't bother wasting your time or money putting in an application here.

Ive been living here for about a year now and I absolutely love it here! Katia is always an amazing help when I need to submit work order or I have questions. They also always keep this place looking nice and clean

I really Love this place, it’s a place that I find peaceful and comfortable to live, the staff it’s amazing!! Katia and her staff are alway, making sure that the place is running the way you’re supposed to, I see Ernesto always busy and the new sweet girl. I think it’s Cassandra also really sweet And helpful !!!!
