Let me start off by saying that this review would be 3 stars without Erica working in the front office.
My roommate and I have been living in this complex since early 2020. The apartments are fairly small compared to some others I've lived in, but the use of space is great. I have a decent sized kitchen and living room, an adequate dining area, and 2 large bedrooms. Bathroom counters are a little small, and the half size washer/dryer sit in a cubby near the kitchen, but the arrangement works well enough for a 945 sq ft unit.
The complex has been through several sets of property staff, and more than a couple management companies in my 3 years here. I would say that overall, the standards in the complex have fallen over the years, but the newest round of staff are doing better than most, and things seem to be looking up.
The biggest problems with the complex are the plumbing issues that lead to water shutdowns being a semi regular thing, and the nearby quadplexes on Michael Way bringing some hoodlums and a larger police presence with them.
