Updating in May:
One of the worst complex Iâve ever had to deal with. This place is a complete joke, of course as I knew they would, Iâm being charged $2500 in move out fees. Which they sent to collections before I even received notice of. Not even worth the stress I went through living here.
Updating my review as I officially no longer live here. My first one was removed from the first property manager I had to deal with in April 2022.
I lived here since April 2022. Since day one, this place was nothing but problems. On my 4th day living here, I was held at gunpoint with my boyfriend with Metro because âI broke in into my own apartment.â Days later I had a squatter sleep in my storage unit who left needles and empty beer cans. A month later, I had the first shoot out happen.
2 months later we had another shooting, this one almost killed me. Thank god, that bullet got stuck in the wall. A week later, we had another one. During the 2 years we stayed here, our water was constantly shut off. It smells like weed always, kids ding dog ditch all the time, and endless other problems. I never felt safe living here. I have a 7 year old who I never let play outside here at all. They also changed property management companies like 6 times in the 2 years that I lived here. This place is horrible.
I stayed due to financial difficulties, however I donât wish living here on anybody.
My lease ended April 1, I started moving sooner and even paid to have the apartment cleaned. I came today to finish picking up a few things and turn in my keys, just to find a squatter staying in my empty apartment. It messed up because itâs dirty again and where is management and security when they should be there. I turned in my keys and let them know Iâm leaving, I heard from previous tenants, theyâll used any excuse to over charge you for damages. I hope thatâs not this case because itâs not worth the stress, pain & things I dealt with. I just got out of the hospital, I survived an anerysym and this is not an extra stress I need at the moment.
