these apartments are no place to live they do not fix up anything put a work order in they say yeah right what good is this I've put work orders in plenty of times I lived here six years everyone is the same go on the portal it says completed but yet no one ever came to do anything .

Dyanna in the Front Office was so nice and Helpful..Being that I had a couple of Challenges re: my credit I at first was not approved.But Dyanna really worked hard to get me approved and She did just that.. I Received my Keys Yesterday and I'm moving in this Saturday..I've driven around at night on 2 separate times to check out the Activity..... It seems Okay...I still have some maintenance Concerns Re:the yard and a couple of other issues..I still have not completed my move in Maintenance Checklist..But I will soon..and will give reasonable time for them to resolved my opinion..And I will be back in here to update also.Im just happy to have gotten approved.So far I'm hoping for a decent living experience I be read the reviews after signing the Lease....I've seen more bad reviews than good reviews but I'm just going to go along for the ride to have my own experience with a positive attitude...and come to my own conclusions... And I will most certainly be back here to update the experience as it unfolds rather good or bad.. "WISH ME LUCK"!!!... P.S.Thanks Again DYANNA YOU ARE AWESOME 👍

I took a tour around the property and everything was so clean all the staff was so nice. Dyanna was very helpful and professional, she made everything easy during my application process answered every question I had! Definitely recommend people to live here!

The worst apartment complex to ever live at they don’t actually fix anything, they’re roach infested! Cops are there a lot and the street lights don’t turn on at night so it’s very dark in the parking lot!! Making it easier for people to break into cars which has happened to my neighbor and the management did nothing about it!! There’s always new management ppl?! Everyone who works for the tides always quit and everyone who moves into to the tides always move out right away that’s why there’s so many vacant buildings. The list goes on. Just be careful living here it’s not worth it

Do not rent here, some of the management's are horrible been here 2yrs and they changed management groups 4x, current management amc horrible. Pool closed for almost 3yrs 🤦‍♀️The lighting constantly off at night due to owner not paying there bills. Over flowing trash from dumpster. Homeless are constantly breaking in the vacant apartments. Roaches and stray cats everywhere. There are more car break in at night due to no lighting. My water bill for December 75 for 1 person I never consume this much water! I'm moving out so are my neighbors, im done with this place. Shady water bills

Ps this review is for the tides... before Casita villas took over!! At first I was super excited to be here this is yr 2 for me.... but it's not such a great experience anymore. I didn't have problems with roaches the whole time I've been here until the last 3 months idk where they are coming from. The apt wasnt up to par when i first moved in but I dealt with it. Now I get my December bill and I'm wondering why did it jump up almost $60 i have never paid that much for water, trash etc. It's ridiculous. The fact that the lights are still out in the parking lot ridiculous. Honestly it's become real ghetto to stay here. Ppl outside yelling all hrs of the night, ppl blasting music from their cars early mornings, the ROACHES!!!! Previous management came in and wrote down everything that needs to be fixed... did they fix it before they left??? Of course not why is my fake floor lifting, why is my bathtub paint horribly peeling stuff falling apart and I've only been here 2 yrs

I’m so happy I found Tides,the staff is so friendly,they made me feel like family. Why I titled this review quick is that I had a few small maintenance problems and they handled them fast. Special thanks to Dyanna she and her manager are very special people.

After reading reviews I was skeptical of moving here but I can say it has been a good experience so far I love my apartment it comes with washer and dryer that’s a plus for me. I have no complaints and I have no roaches I truly am comfortable here at Tides
