WARNING!!!! We have bedbugs. While other residents complain about roaches, we got rid of ours a long time ago and now the bedbugs moved in. The previous management(that took over in April) called the exterminator a week later just to take look. Then a week later they setup treatment. Now a new management takes over(as of September 4th) and they need more time to set an account with someone else. In the meantime, weâre on the quarantine list(which was done at the speed of lightning while everything else takes time)that means no maintenance or visits to the office(youâll be spreading your bugs throughout the neighborhood). While sitting in the office the manager quickly bounces off her seat from the back room and let me know I was not welcomed there. We now considered ground zero for being the first to acknowledge that bedbugs are in the community. While other people assume they have mosquitoes(mosquito traps boxes are in the dumpsters). If you report it youâll be treated like a disease so good luck. Also I like to mention when they change management they always do it when rent is due with no warning what so ever. They shutdown the previous rental site and make you get a money order at the last minute. But if youâre out of town trying to pay your rent online when this happens youâre screwed. Now you must fly back home at the last minute with a money order before late fees or putout notices take place. Constant management changes, weed smoke, roaches, water shut off constantly, and bedbugs. Thereâs a lot to consider before moving here. Also the rent increases with every management change so keep that in mind also.
