If I could give Tides on West Cheyenne/Casita Villas zero stars, I would. This place is a nightmare when it comes to utilities and maintenance. Be prepared to pay at least $250 a month just in utility and maintenance fees â and thatâs on the low end. The management here is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Communication is nonexistent unless theyâre demanding rent. There was a leak that went on for WEEKS, from March into April, and no one bothered to fix it until mid-April. That leak caused our utility bill to spike to $250 for March, and all they did was throw a lousy $50 credit at us â like that even begins to cover it. Now weâre stuck with another outrageous April bill thanks to their delay. To make it worse, thereâs only one meter for water and one for sewer, so the way they split up utilities is completely unfair. Any kind of allocation system doesnât make sense here â everyone ends up overpaying. And while theyâre busy remodeling the property, guess whoâs footing the bill? The residents. The costs are being pushed onto us while we deal with broken appliances, leaks, and management that just doesnât care. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

I love my new own home. Dyanna was such a great help as well! Management is quick to help whenever an issue an occurs and for me thereâs hardly been any issues. I would recommend these complexes for all to check out! Ask for Dyanna and you will have such a smooth transition in!

Dyanna in the Front Office was so nice and Helpful..Being that I had a couple of Challenges re: my credit I at first was not approved. But Dyanna really worked hard to get me approved and She did just that.. I Received my Keys Yesterday and I'm moving in this Saturday..I've driven around at night on 2 separate times to check out the Activity..... It seems Okay...I still have some maintenance Concerns Re:the yard and a couple of other issues..I still have not completed my move in Maintenance Checklist..But I will soon..and will give reasonable time for them to resolved my opinion..And I will be back in here to update also.Im just happy to have gotten approved. So far I'm hoping for a decent living experience I be read the reviews after signing the Lease....I've seen more bad reviews than good reviews but I'm just going to go along for the ride to have my own experience with a positive attitude...and come to my own conclusions... And I will most certainly be back here to update the experience as it unfolds rather good or bad.. "WISH ME LUCK"!!!... P.S.Thanks Again DYANNA YOU ARE AWESOME ð

The worst apartment complex to ever live at they donât actually fix anything, theyâre roach infested! Cops are there a lot and the street lights donât turn on at night so itâs very dark in the parking lot!! Making it easier for people to break into cars which has happened to my neighbor and the management did nothing about it!! Thereâs always new management ppl?! Everyone who works for the tides always quit and everyone who moves into to the tides always move out right away thatâs why thereâs so many vacant buildings. The list goes on. Just be careful living here itâs not worth it
