The office staff KAT/Katia and Diane are absolutely wonderful to work with, they are kind, helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, just all around fantastic at their job and wonderful human beings. The grounds guys and maintenance men are very nice and respectful. Overall just great individualâs.

I haven't even moved there yet and Diana in the front office is very pleasant give off good positive energy and I look forward to possibly being a new tenant there. I lived there 20 years ago and loved it then. Please take me back. LOL Thank you, Paula LEON

Shout out to Ernesto, Frank, and the entire maintenance team! I was dealing with some serious AC issues, and they worked quickly with office management to get everything fixed. A big thank you as well to Katia for all the effort in making sure this was resolved as soon as possible. Truly appreciate everything you all did to make my apartment feel like home again!

We just moved in June 2025 staff is really nice. It would be nice if we had handicap ramps in the parking lot instead of the tentnits buying the ramps. Parking lot can use shade for the cars in the parking lot. Otherwise this place is great.

Dyanna was so helpful the entire process of getting the Apartment. She explained every detail and it went a lot smoother than I expected with her helping. Iâve never had a better experience getting an apartment then with Dyanna:)
