Been living here for almost a year, and itâs been really unpleasant. From the very beginning, we were assigned an apartment to move in and less than 2 days away from the move-in date they said it wasnât available. Then gave us another shitty unit nothing compared to what was shown initially.
Out of all the work orders we have put on, only 1 has been taken care off. We asked to get our floors checked because glue keeps coming out and making everything sticky, the windows are not the right ones for the frame and elements keep getting in. Our backyard is a more of junkyard, full of debris and crap. We asked to get out toilet fix because it keep leaking water, they never did anything about it. When we moved in, the door looked like it was shit on by a bird, they said they were gonna come and fix it. Never happened. We donât have no window screens besides one thatâs been hanging off the frame. The electrical devices are poorly installed and against codeâ¦
The bathtub is chipped and has mold under (they just put acrylic on top of the mold ð¤¢) And About everything is shitty, and they claim them to be fully renovated units ð¤¦ð»ââï¸ð
No matter how good of a deal they have, I wouldnât recommend living here at all. Iâm honestly embarrassed of living here ð
I donât really write reviews but I Just came back from the office and felt like it was right to post this.
As a professional myself; Move somewhere with standards, they have close to 0 here.
